About Us

IDeA Networks for Biomedical Research Excellence (INBRE) is intended to expand and develop Hawaii's competitive biomedical research capacity. It will do this by increasing collaboration between the primary research departments at the University of Hawaii and the smaller academic institutions, community colleges, and other biomedical research organizations within the State of Hawaii.

Organizationally, INBRE consist of 4 major cores:
